Vintage Peru Inca Tumi Sterling Silver & Chrysocolla Panel Necklace

ayquebella.com

Striking, pre-Columbian Inca, panel-link necklace with ornate, etched-square panels with gorgeous and finely polished, green Chrysocolla, and Tumi links. The Chrysocolla is “the stone of communication and peace” and is a conduit for expression, empowerment, teaching, and calm. The ceremonial Tumi, which is the national symbol of Peru, contains a semi-circular “blade” on one end, and Naylamp, a mythological hero of Peru, on the other, and is a talisman for good luck. Remarkable tribal artistry on display in this attention grabbing, statement piece. This sterling silver necklace has a slight, undisturbed, natural patina and displays very delicately from the neck.
