What a Brazilian beauty! This is a gorgeous, butterfly wing, linked, panel bracelet with hand-painted, tropical, sunrise and sunset beach scenes with swaying palm trees. This circa 1940’s bracelet has five, chain-linked, slightly elongated square, reverse-painted, iridescent beach scene panels in electric blues and vibrant pinks, hand-painted directly on the reverse side of each of the clear Lucite domes. Delicately sandwiched between the Lucite dome and the silvertone backing is the subtle, but luminous, artistic images. The bracelet is coated with an undisturbed, natural patina and each panel is hallmarked Made in Brazil.
