Exquisite and traditional, pre-Columbian Inca, panel necklace with ornate, 3-D story panels, skillfully handcrafted by an Ecuadorian artisan or artisans. Eight hammered panels on the Incan storyteller necklace contains a 3-dimensional bust or face of traditional, Ecuadorian Andean life: a woman carrying a child or bundle on her back, an indigenous chieftain, an Inca deity or god, a traditional hut, a second woman carrying a child or bundle on her side, a second native chief, a second deity, and a third woman carrying a child or bundle on her side that is identical to woman #2. The necklace also contains 10 etched, flat-panel links on both sides of the necklace. The panels are connected by O-rings at the top of each to form a very authentic, folkloric necklace.
