This gorgeous pendant has the yellow, blue and red flag of the beautiful South American country of Venezuela painted in bright, vivid enamel. At the center of the flag are seven sterling silver dots, mimicking the flag’s “stars” to represent of the seven signatory provinces to the Declaration of Independence: Caracas, Cumaná, Barcelona, Barinas, Margarita, Mérida and Trujillo.
