This massive and wonderful commemorative, fine silver coin pendant depicts a scene reminiscent of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. On one side of the coin is the artist’s partial rendering of John Trumbull’s painting of the 1776 presentation of the draft of the Declaration of Independence to Congress with the five committee members appointed by the Continental Congress: Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, Robert Livingston and Roger Sherman. On the other side are two draped American flags, the early American flag with 13 stars for the original thirteen colonies and the modern-day American flag.

This lovely fine silver coin is bezel-set in an ornately scrolled sterling silver pendant. This terrific pendant shows minor signs of wear consistent with its age and has a natural, undisturbed patina.
