The solid, aged, matte silver almost looks like its gleaming just like the sun. And look closely…Surrounding the sun’s face are tiny celestial dots of crescent moons circling the sun beneath its rays. This wonderfully handmade brooch has an undisturbed, natural patina that is almost golden in color and adds to its richness, and it shows minor signs of wear on its back side of the brooch which are undetectable when worn. This terrific brooch is a very fine and authentic piece of rich, Ecuadorian folkloric culture!
