This gorgeous sterling silver charm pendant expresses love and pride for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico! The beautiful heart shaped charm pendant is etched with both the Great Seal of the Commonwealth heraldic coat of arms and a map outline of La Isla Del Encanto (“the Island of Enchantment”), surrounded by a twisted rope braid of sterling silver. The tiny etched heraldic seal has several figures that the Spanish Crown gave to Puerto Rico in the earlier part of the 16th Century. The lamb in the center of the pendant charm represents peace and confraternity. Above the lamb, is a rack of arrows representing the creative force. There are two letters, F and I for the names of the Spanish royals, Fernando and Isabel. Written in Latin is JOHANNES EST NOMEN EJUS for “John is his name” referring to St. John the Baptist or San Juan Bautista, the original Spanish name of the island. Flanking the seal are the towers of Castile, the lions of Leon, the crosses of Jerusalem, and Spanish flags that signify Puerto Rico's heritage. Above the seal is the outline map with the beautiful name, Puerto Rico.

This stunning charm pendant will be demonstrative of abundant pride when worn on your favorite charm bracelet or necklace!
